Back in 2021, we connected with our partner, Greengage Solutions, to audit our sustainability practices across the business. Since making changes we were proudly first accredited with ECOsmart status by Greengage in March 2022 and re-accredited every year since following our annual audit.

We’ve also won awards for our environmental commitments, including the Platinum Agency Sustainability Initiative in the TMC category at the Greengage Awards and the Sustainability Champion award at the Business Travel People Awards in 2023.

For the environment, we have:

• Solar panels installed on Inntel House
• EV charging points installed in the head office car park
• Full waste recycling provision in the office including Terracycle boxes for soft plastic recycling
• An office based mini-refillery for eco cleaning materials, purchased from a local refillery with a closed loop supply chain
• Scope 1, 2 and 3 emission calculations, which take place annually, using the SmartCarbon Calculator tool
• Created a robust ESG strategy with clear objectives and an activity plan to achieve them
• ESG training for all employees, with high level training for leadership and management teams

For our people, we have:

• Established employee representation in all ESG areas through our EcoLOGiCal, EDI-LOGiCal and SociaLOGiCal teams
• ESG related KPI’s for all employees
• Set and commit to SBTi targets for carbon emissions
• Workplace flexibility in place
• Employee Assistance programmes in place, providing wellbeing support in different areas
• An employee benefits programme supporting mental, physical and financial wellbeing
• Health cash plans funded by Inntel for all employees
• 1 paid volunteering day off per year, per employee
• ISO14001 accreditation since 2009
• Menopause policy in place
