The main objective of the role is to deliver an innovative and efficient hotel and travel booking service to our clients including accommodation, low cost airline bookings, rail, car hire and ancillary services. You will be expected to find the best options for our clients and produce an attractive and commercially viable proposal. Once the client has made their choice, to book the required service in the relevant booking system and to confirm and finalise the booking.

What we’re looking for: 

Have you got an excellent telephone manner and thrive on delivering exceptional customer service?  Do you enjoy following set processes, but also know when to use your own initiative? Are you a quick learner with an exceptional eye for detail and an energetic, positive and enthusiastic approach?

 Must Haves         

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint   
  • A keen interest in the travel & hospitality industries

Nice to Have

  • Sabre Trained (it’s a bonus but not a necessity!)
  • 1-2 years industry experience

Hours of work:

Hours of work will be 40 hours a week Monday – Friday, with one Saturday and 2 Emergency Assistance Service Shifts (night-time on call cover) per month required once fully trained.
