Some of the solutions we are working on with our partners include:
- Opportunities to share ESG strategy and policies on the Inntel Sustainable Travel Hub
- Opportunities to display ESG accreditations on LOGiC for hotel partners
- In LOGiC Meetings, venues with ESG accreditations are displayed in the venue search with a green leaf logo
- Participation from Inntel employees in supplier led ESG activities
- ‘No giveaways or paper brochures’ policy in place for visiting suppliers
- Charitable donations to Inntel charities instead of Christmas gifts
- Sustainable travel instructions for visiting suppliers
On the roadmap:
- Granular point of sale hotel CO2e emissions in LOGiC
- Create a Green Venue Programme to run alongside the Inntel Meetings Programme
- Create Green Hotel Programme alongside traditional hotel programmes
- Review Supplier Code of Conduct to expand on sustainability and ED&I clauses
- Add ESG strategy to the agenda for all review meetings with key suppliers
